Picking up and returning the car was very convenient, the staff were very friendly, and the convertible Mustang we rented was nearly brand new.

Very convenient. After picking up the luggage, you complete the formalities on the B1 floor and walk to the parking lot to pick up the car, which took less than half an hour. Although we arrived late and the reserved CTS was unavailable, there was a BMW 328i in excellent condition with only 9000 miles!

At the store, they mainly tried to sell me insurance, and there was some attitude after I refused. Additionally, they charged me for a full tank of gas at the time of return (even though it was supposed to be returned full) and claimed it was included in the prepaid contract. However, they still directly charged my credit card. In hindsight, I should have refilled it before returning, but the gas cost they charged was as if the tank was completely empty. So, don't believe them if they say gas costs more near the return location.

Since I arrived early in the morning, there was only one staff member, but the process was quick and I had my car within ten minutes. However, one minor issue was the tolls on the highway, which could be paid either in cash or via the ETC system. I wasn't informed about this at the time. Fortunately, my friend saw an English instruction in the rental information indicating that I could use ETC and the fee would be charged to my credit card, so I was able to proceed smoothly.
