Need to wait quite long when we picked up the car, the counter agent didn’t tell me if the car was not ready yet, need to be clean up first, it was terrible and took many rounds in the garage to find the car

We waited 1 hour and 15 mins before we even got to the counter. It was an awful experience. The staff at Budget LaGuardia were rude, loud and dismissive. They shouted behind the counter to each other and to customers. The couldn't care less about customer service or satisfaction. I don't understand how they operate on a daily basis.

Drop of was a nightmare. I was not able to find the point. Therefore I missed the evening. However the agent said that she were there in the office. We confused about where to part, an we not even checked the office as we though it is close. It was not, but we did not reach the office because we did not find the drop off parking lot.

Requested Jeep Wrangler, Received Jeep Wrangler. Although it was bright red, this was a fantastic vehicle. About 10,000 miles on it, ran great with zero issues.

Booking was simple and fast, everything, including pricing was straightforward and accurate.
