The staff at the rental place were super helpful and friendly. They patiently explained how the Malaysian highways work with the EasyGo toll card, and the best part was they even lent me an EasyGo card for free. That really saved me a lot of hassle on the rest of my road trip.

The lady at Hertz was very nice. My original booking was for a Honda City, but she generously upgraded me to a Hyundai Santa Fe.

Very good, an international company worth trusting! It's right at the airport, making both pickup and return very convenient.

The car was smelly and quite dirty. Ofcourse a pickup will have some dust but the middle console where the cup holders were looked untidy and we even had ants living in the car.
