Very Good

Very dissatisfied. I booked a BMW 3 Series, but they insisted on giving me a Japanese car. If I didn't want it, there was no other option. In the end, I had to settle for a BMW 5 Series at over 200 euros a day. Initially, they said it would be an extra 60 euros a day, but at checkout, it became an additional 120 euros a day. They said the 60 euros was a booking fee. So why mention 60 euros at all? There was only one staff member, and a long queue behind me, all urging me to hurry. I had no choice but to accept it! I ended up spending nearly 150 euros more per day!

The staff were very attentive and patient.

Picking up the car was very convenient and quick. Since we had a lot of luggage, we temporarily switched to a larger car, and the additional cost was very reasonable. Returning the car was done in a second, amazing!

Complete rip off - had paid a good/fair price through easyrentcars but then was stung by insurance at Budget. £3k premium to pay for ANY damage to the car with fire/theft cover or large daily amount to pay in order to waive any possible fees. No other options.

The car was lovely - felt like new and very comfortable. It was equipped to a very high standard which was a nice surprise.

Booking was easy and smooth, received great price as well. Recommended.
