Very good, everything went smoothly. I booked in advance, showed my license and left a deposit upon arrival. Although the car was different from the one I reserved, it was of the same class, and that's fine. There was minor paint damage during use, but informing them upon return was enough. No extra paperwork needed. Very convenient. There is also a shuttle bus to take you to the boarding area after returning the car.
Overall it was an easy experience with budget car rentals however was expecting a newer vehicle or similar to the one we originally chose.
