Everything about the car was OK but we have been changed more than 50 pounds for VAT and other nonsense. Also they charged us for a full tank while the tank was half full!! Never go for herrtz again.

The service was excellent and very efficient. The process was completed quickly. Due to narrow roads, there was a scrape on the wheel rim, but Hertz did not charge any repair fees. There is a free shuttle bus for pick-up and drop-off.

Overall service was good. The car was in excellent condition. The queuing time was a bit long; while other companies' cars arrived to pick up customers, we waited 20 minutes for their car.
