Satisfied. It was a wonderful experience. We rented a child seat, which seemed unnecessary! The car broke down in the middle, as the battery was dead. The repair service arrived quickly. Thumbs up!

It's advisable to buy car insurance when you rent the car, as it is more expensive if you purchase it upon picking up the car in London. Also, it's not recommended to buy fuel when picking up the car (80 pounds) unless you are only driving in London, as fuel is cheaper outside of London.

Waited in line for at least an hour, when we got the car we had paid for it wasn’t the cleanest inside and when my partner opened the passenger car door the handle fell of even though it was reported in the damage report we got the car should never had been given out
