Car ordered eventually eventuated!

Reviewed: Tue, Jan 2, 2024
About Alamo: 9.0 /10
We asked for a 6 seater car. Were first given a 5 seater car and when the customer attended realised there was no way we could all get into it, plus our luggage, she arranged for us to have a Pajero that had just come in. It hadn't been cleaned, but it was spotless anyway. We still had a jam to get into the car! However, we managed and the car went well. Don't know why a 6 seater ordered, turned into a 5 seater!

Alamo felt really professional and well-run. Service was great, no hidden charges at all, and we got exactly the car we booked instead of being switched to some “similar model.” We chose to add full insurance ourselves. The lady at the counter was super energetic—when she heard we were on our honeymoon, she got really excited, explained all the important details very patiently, had us watch a safety video, and wished us an amazing trip. Picking up and returning the car was completely hassle-free.

“Great little car and service!”
About Alamo: 9.6 /10
Like: I loved the car. In good condition, low mileage and drove really well. The service from the guys was really good too. Very friendly and went out of their way to help me when I needed anything.
Dislike: The instructions on the approved email may be a bit hazy on pick up procedures. I didn't realize that I can call upon arrival in the country for a pick up. Minor issue as it was located only 20 min walk!
