Okau, BUT!

Spent a long time waiting to pick up the car , after 1.5h was given an alternative car because the car model we booked was not available. Staff should have managed better.

I rented the car for 3 days but was charged 4 days. Picked up the car at 1708 on 22nd and returned on 1725 on 25th. However my return was processed on 1747 instead. Felt it was unfair as the service desk didn’t inform me upfront about the late rental payment and received the bill statement the next day via email

Car was not what we ordered. we were satisfied with the service. We are not sure of the overall cost as yet.

Upgraded to Rav 4

Like: Europcar will be always my first option as I will be my first option always. I'm quite familiar with their requirements, procedures and they always offer better deals and great service.
Dislike: The staff members are always very nice and friendly at Europcar Artamon. However, this time the guy in the reception was a pretty amateur. It took me a long time for me to pick the car up. I had to provide all my information again despite of my online prebooking was done weeks before. I am also a privileged member of Europ Car and they always have my information available in their system. This guy even asked my passport run back at the office to make a copy (??) did not get why as my driven licence was provided. Quite uncommon if you're not from overseas. The procedures this time was very uncommon and that's why I will not give 100% satisfaction.
