The car was in excellent condition and very smart, making it easy to drive. However, the downside is that both pickup and dropoff are mostly self-service, which can be inconvenient. Plus, the dropoff location is quite remote.

Hertz is overall pretty good. The car pick-up process is not complicated, and returning the car just involves handing over the keys.

Overall service was excellent, with no extra sales pitches or gimmicks. The car was upgraded.

The staff at the Bergen rental office were quite nice, and we didn't face any issues when returning the car. However, the next afternoon we received an email notifying us of multiple unknown damages to the car. During the four days of rental, there were no accidents or collisions at all. Receiving such a notice made us feel deceived. We emailed them the next day, but a week passed without any response. After returning to Taiwan, we emailed the service offices in Norway, Sweden, Finland, and Denmark, and only then did we receive a reply saying, "We have received your email." There was no information on how they would handle the situation. This is terrible!
