Great experience, would use again

Very satisfied, very good.

1) The car was different from what I chose and expected. 2) When I went to check in and pick up the car, the amount I needed to pay was higher than what was printed on the reservation email's receipt (after deduction of the child car seat). When I asked the staff about the discrepancy, she just asked me which agent company I used and told me to contact Zuzuche! She further told me that if I didn't pay the new amount, I could not take the car. It seemed like they could change the price at any time, regardless of the reservation details!

The car conditions were quite good; both cars I rented were new.

Picked up the car at Launceston Airport. On the third day, the car lost power on the way to Cradle Mountain. Since there was no cell signal in the mountains, we couldn't call for help. Fortunately, a passerby helped us call for assistance. We waited at the spot for over two hours, then got towed to Davenport where we got a free upgrade for the replacement car. It took four to five hours in total. The exaggerated part is they charged us extra after returning the car, and only acknowledged it after we queried the details through the bank.

The pick-up station was located conveniently within the Launceston Airport and the staff were very professional in helping me check out the car and in guiding me.
