Excellent other than pickup delay due to understaffing

Communication was very smooth and very helpful for us, considering our English isn't very good.

There was confusion regarding the pickup point but we connected by phone. The processing for the vehicle was very efficient and the Camry I ordered was in good condition and clean. No issues during my stay and the drop off was again efficient and easy. Overall a good service and a great price with little hassle.

Booking was easy and I had all of the information I required. The cost was amazing. I will book through Qeeq.com again.

EZU charged me $ 1500 for scratches in the car that were already there. I noticed that they did this to many customers upon reading reviews. EZU is practicing fraud and should be put out of business.

I was happy with the service. There were marks on the car that were not not noted on rental agreement. Very excessive reference to pictures taken to check for damage. I had no way of knowing when picture taken as was not present.

The review process to confirm car returned in acceptable condition took longer than expected compared to other rental firms.
