Excellent other than pickup delay due to understaffing

Does not accept AMEX or Debit cards - otherwise easy. Pick up from airport can add 30 mins to time.

Surprising good quality of the vehicle given the price. When we picked up the car, the guy took about 20 photos of the car including the inside, seemed excessive. When we brought it back, they wouldn't give me a receipt and the whole process of returning it seemed a bit sketchy, but hard to beat the price we paid.

On drop off, they will definitely go out of their way to find the smallest ding or scratch possible. I was charged $500+ for a tiny ding on the front bumper, even though the staff said it'd probably be around $150. Definitely not worth the cheaper car rental rate when they appear to make their money off small dings that you didn't cause.

A bit difficult to find staff, needs easy sign to find company car
