When picking up the car, it didn’t have enough fuel. In Queenstown, there was only one staff member, and it took about an hour to get picked up and go to the company to get the car. When picking up the car, it didn’t have enough fuel.

The company is very unprofessional, with only one Chinese staff member managing the store year-round. Due to our flight time, we couldn't refuel the car before returning it and wanted to pay the staff (the only Chinese person) directly for the fuel. Our request was met with various refusals and extremely poor attitude. Furthermore, we were misled that there were no flights at that time from the airport and assured we would arrive on time.

The car was different to the one booked. It was a larger car so not as easy for city driving but we were happy with the extra space. The car was a Japanese import and had an entertainment system that was very hard to use. This radio bandwidth expander should be changed and the satnav maps updated.

Provided car is very nice and like new condition. Great experince.
