Aggressive upsetters

Highly satisfied, received a free upgrade to a larger model. The car was very new, spacious, and had CarPlay.

Excellent! Both picking up and returning the car were very smooth. The counter staff were professional and enthusiastic. Especially the girl who helped us during the return process, she was very helpful.

Took about 20 minutes to collect, but that's about normal. Staff pleasant, didn't try and hard sell and the car we were given was brand new. Drop off was easy and seamless. Overall fantastic.

Like: I like the fact that you kept your promise and reduced my rental cost when prices dropped. I liked the car and customer advisors efficiency.
Dislike: I would have like to hand the car back to your representative instead of dropping the key in a box. This removes any doubt about condition of it in return. Sat nav should be given as standard.
