Painful to pick up vehicle

Very dissatisfied. I rented a car for a month and there was a free ferry service that they didn't mention. I found out later and told the rental company they should inform customers in advance. What kind of nonsense is this? No one would know unless you say something. It's all just a play on words. Ridiculous. The car rental platform also played the blame game and sent many emails that were a waste of time and did nothing useful. Extremely disappointing! As a platform, if you can't secure benefits for your customers, you should cover those costs instead of ignoring the issue!

No unnecessary insurance upselling. Booked the inter-island ferry through Apex, and the vehicle's ferry fee was waived. Great!

清掃が間に合わず、ピックアップに20分ぐらい待ったが、スタッフの女性の対応はとても丁寧だったので、気持ちよくレンタルすることができた。

値下げプロテクターはすべての車に適応れる訳ではないことを事前に知らせる必要がある。 メールでの質問に素早く返信してくれて助かった。

All good. The vehicle showed some basic wear and tear . The brakes felt as though they needed tightening but were OK. Needed a lot of depression on the brake pedal. I’ve been used to cars with much more sensitive brakes.

Like: Good location.
Dislike: Difficult to add a second driver after rental had started. We would have had to go back to the location to show the licence in person. Would be much easier to send in a photo or scan.
