Happy I choose QEEQ

Overall, the car was in decent condition, but starting from the third-to-last day, there was a reminder to add engine oil. Since all travel expenses were covered by my company, it was inconvenient to find a third party. It took me two hours to locate a store and switch cars. The small stores didn't have any available vehicles, so I ended up exchanging the car at the airport. The car I returned had half a tank of fuel remaining, and the staff assured me they would handle it without charging me extra.

As expected from a major company, renting a car was worry-free.

Mostly great. However, they parked cars in the exit of the pickup area, so it was very difficult to pick up the car. We had to find someone to help. Unfortunately, they were unable to remove the blocking vehicles, but they were able to remove a vehicle on the far side which allowed us (with some difficulty) to leave.

Charged an unexplained fee of $86

Great counter staff, very helpful - car could have been cleaner, but otherwise, everything was fantastic.

Booking process was good, did not have a Price drop opportunity!.
