Excellent QEEQ service, but watch out for AVIS! Unwarranted and exhorbitant charges.

AVIS is located near Los Angeles Airport, with free shuttle service that takes about 5 minutes to reach. It's a large building with a variety of car models, probably thousands of vehicles ready for rental. I arrived at night, and there were few people renting cars, so the process went smoothly. The staff checked my domestic driver's license with its accompanying translation, took a credit card deposit, and provided a ticket indicating the location of my car in the underground parking garage. After getting the ticket, I went downstairs to find the car. Before driving off, I inspected the car's exterior for scratches or damage. Most of the nearby vehicles seemed to have varying degrees of damage, but the staff assured me this wasn't an issue as they were aware of it. Nevertheless, I took photos for records to avoid potential disputes later. Overall, the car rental process was very efficient.

The service was good. Initially, we got a car that displayed an oil change message. We reported it the next day, and they promptly replaced it.

The car was not cleaned properly, there's still sand & dust all over. The car drives just fine.
