Satisfied with the car

Reserved a Mercedes C-Class early, but none were available on-site. The only option was an Audi A4. After driving for just 20 kilometers, the car displayed a low oil warning, forcing me to detour to buy oil, which delayed me for over an hour. The cost of the oil was reimbursed upon return, so keep the receipt.

The airport location is well-marked. When handling the paperwork, you'll receive a parking card with the parking spot number. Follow the number to find the car in the lot. To exit, just insert the card into the ticket machine.

Pick up of car in a dark car park - hard to see any damage. There was damage on the wheel trims, which I took a photo of. The drop off location was very well lit, and the Europcar team said the wheel damage was caused by us. Fortunately I was able to show the photo evidence of the damage being there on pick up, but thought that the whole process was corrupt by Europcar. With the dark car park for pick up so we can't easily see damage when we pick up, but very well lit to help them in the drop off car park. Probably will not use Europcar again in the future - for this dirty con trick they tried.
