The car was not the car I booked. Although new and in good condition, the auto-assist driving features drove me nuts, and I really didn't have the time or inclination to learn how to turn them off, if this was even possible.

Very good but no communication. They swapped for a smaller Q3, and it was the only one left in stock reserved for me. It just fit my 24-inch suitcase and a carry-on. The trunk was much smaller than a full-size. The car had half a tank of fuel at pickup, which is inconvenient. Same at dropoff, half a tank.
