I rented a PASSAT wagon, but upon arrival, the car was unavailable. They offered me two choices: a FORD MONDEO wagon or a BMW 1 Series. I chose the MONDEO and was pleasantly surprised to find it was a brand new car with only 10 kilometers on it. I was extremely satisfied! The space is definitely larger than the PASSAT and it’s brand new! A delightful surprise!

Pickup and return were mostly smooth. However, after completing the paperwork at the counter, there was no one in the garage to inspect the car, and it took over half an hour to find someone. The car was in good condition with 2100M without any issues.

The female staff member at Global Drive who assisted me was very unprofessional. I repeatedly asked her about full insurance, but her explanations were very vague. This ultimately cost me almost 400 euros extra.
