There weren't enough staff at reception. I waited for two hours, and the reserved car model was not available. They just provided whatever they had. Extremely frustrating.

After reading the Budget reviews, I was a bit concerned. I have to say on arrival it was a very pleasant experience with helpful and friendly staff. The car was what we expected in size and fitted our luggage perfectly. I would definitely recommend and will be using again.
