The store pushed for insurance sales, and after I refused to purchase, they maliciously nitpicked when I returned the car. I picked up the car at night, the lighting was dim, and they only prompted to check the body, not the rims. When returning the car, they claimed there were slight scratches on the rims and maliciously demanded 260 euros for compensation. The scratch was less than 2 cm and it was unclear if it was caused by me, but they still made me pay. This car rental company is maliciously targeting Chinese consumers.

It's okay, but the credit card pre-authorization requires a whopping 750 euros, otherwise, you're forced to buy a 120-euro full insurance. Really awful.

You get what you pay for - very cheap but really grumpy customer service when you refuse to take out their insurance. Car quite scratched so we had to take lots of photos and video before setting off. Fine.

“very rude staff and felt ripped off”
About OK Mobility: 6.7 /10
When i arrived to pick up the car I was surprised to learn that I had to pay for the cost of the fuel, i did not realise this to be the case. I would have accepted this but I was asked to pay 160 euros for a tank of fuel for this type of car. This is approx 100 euros too expensive and the rest was explained as 'other' fees... I was not willing to pay this much and so I was forced to accept a much smaller car but still forced to pay 110 euros for a tank of fuel which is a total rip off. I therefore had to take a much smaller car than I was expecting, had to squeeze my family and luggage in and pay 110 euros for this privilege. The staff member as extremely rude, unhelpful, unwilling to se any other point of view and plainly didn't care. It got our holiday off to a very poor start.

“Must read all small caracters. It just feels like we are running in one trap after the other.”
About OK Mobility: 6.3 /10
It just feels like a very dishonest company. There is basically no way to really know how much the rental will cost beforehand. Even when one book from full to empty, we have to fill up to avoid fees. I am not even mentioning the insurance scam here. No use for prebooking insurance. You will have to take the Ok rent a car insurance if you don't want your experience to be horrible. Will never do business with them again. On the day of return, no one was there. We had to call some non obvious number to have service and assure us that someone will come take care of us and bring us to the airport. In addition, it was not clear at all at the time of booking that the company was not directly at the airport but somewhere else.
