The car provided was an upgrade on the booking due to non-availability of the booking. The car was also brand new so obviously in pristine condition! 20 minute wait for the counter but once we got served, the process was less than five minutes.

Smooth process and no fuss. It would be good to get a confirmation that the rental is complete with no surprise charges or extras. Especially if/when dropping off keys out of office hours.

Résa faite avec carte credit au nom de ma femme (qui est le meme que le mien...) pour repondre aux exigences en la matiere. Lors du retrait on nous a facture une assurance complementaire représentant le double du budget de location réservé au pretexte que le prénom n était pas le mien pourtant les co'ditions générales demandaient le même '"name" pas le "forename". C est du vol.
