Very good with minor speed bumps

Poor service.

When upgrading you shouldn't change vehicle basics like electric / combustion engine without notifying this when the vehicle is picked up. We we're going to places without possibilities to charge and hence specifically had ordered a combustion engine (we at home drive electrically, so this would normally be our choice, if just possible)

The service was just okay. They asked if I needed extra fuel and additional insurance but didn't ask if I wanted the reserved model. They gave me a Buick SUV instead of the Ford I had reserved, claiming both cars were in the same category and were of equal value. I wasn't aware of this at first, so I waited for half an hour for a car that was not prepared in advance. When I noticed the car wasn't the same, I went to discuss it. I found out that the model I reserved was available, and I didn't understand why they didn't give it to me in the first place. Eventually, they switched it back to the reserved model.

Very dissatisfied. I've used other car rental companies in the US, and their service was good and fast. We arrived at Budget around 9 AM, and there were many people in line, but only three or four service desks were open.
