The staff tried to upsell other models and added extra insurance without informing us. The tablet screen was very small, making it difficult to understand the specialized terms in the English contract. The staff did not inform us of the additional insurance costs and kept urging us to sign. This resulted in us being overcharged more than 600 dollars for insurance. Quite good, the car I got was better than the one I booked. The only downside was that it didn't have windshield washer fluid, but luckily it rained and cleaned the glass.
