The staff tried to upsell other models and added extra insurance without informing us. The tablet screen was very small, making it difficult to understand the specialized terms in the English contract. The staff did not inform us of the additional insurance costs and kept urging us to sign. This resulted in us being overcharged more than 600 dollars for insurance. Fellow countrymen, be extra careful ⚠️

“Budget in US is the worst cars rental”

I had bad experience with them, they do not have car which I booked, and they downgrade my car!! from Chevrolet Tahoe to Ford Explorer!!! and I came to them at airport 2 times to change my car, then after huge efforts with costumer services they gave me Ford Expedition!
