This is the slowest rental location I have ever been to anywhere. But, it's not just Thrifty. They're all like this at Augusta and it seems that it's because there is always someone trying to get a difficult rental (no credit card, kind of thing). I've rented cars at this airport 5x before and it has never taken less than 1 hour. Fortunately, check-in has never been more than a minute or two.

“Never again with thrifty”

Car was great apart from the rear windows not coming all the way up. Common on convertibles that are not maintained. Pick up process took nearly 2.5 hours. Ridiculous bad service

The wait in line to pick up the car was a bit slow. Eventually a third agent began processing which sped things up. As seems typical these days, there was high pressure to add supplemental insurance and the prepaid gasoline option, which I declined. When picking a car we were told to pick any car in a certain section. Three were there and all three had "do not rent- lost keys" signs so we had to go back and get redirected to another section. After we got the car, everything else was great- no problems. The car was fine and got very good gas mileage. Returning the car was quick and easy.

Did not receive the email receipt of final payment. This has caused great inconvenience as I have been unable to claim reimbursement for the expense. Every other car rental company emails the receipt immediately. Very unhappy.
