routes is a great company with super customer service, would suggest to friends.

One customer service rep gave poor service and info. He gave misinformation which led to being charged extra fees twice.

Easy process, good service.

I have mixed feelings about my experience renting a car through the website and location. Online it was not clear that the pick up location is offsite away from the airport. We took a shuttle to the pick up spot and there we experienced the worst pick up process ever. Even though the staff were courteous it was clear they were really understaffed and the process was very inefficient. We spent over two hours waiting to receive our car. However once we did receive our car we were very happy with the vehicle we received and we did not have any problems with it during our trip. Because of our long wait during the pick up, when we dropped the car off we didn’t even wait for the shuttle but chose to take an Uber back to the airport.

Waited 90 minutes to get car. Workers were rude and made little effort. They didn’t have my vehicle, so had to find me a new one which took additional time.

Like: I like everything from the service and the car itself. Makes me want to get one of my own.
Dislike: None

Like: Route were very professional from the point of picking us up from airport till dropping us off. They didn't try to up sell rather asked if i want an upgrade for free, car was clean and everything worked out well. Will use them again in future.
