Picking up the car was smooth, but returning it was not. As we were approaching the airport, the car lost power. We called the store, but half an hour passed and no one came to assist us. We confirmed multiple times during the call, and they kept saying they were almost there, just a minute away, but no one showed up even after 30 minutes. We had a flight to catch, so we had no choice but to leave the car by the roadside and head to the airport. The car had issues, but we received no support.

There were no issues before, but after returning to the country, I noticed unexpected charges. It wasn't a hold, it was directly deducted. I contacted the rental company and got it back; they said it was a mistake.

Automatically added an extra 200 AUD for insurance, which doesn't cover gravel damage, etc.

Enterprise was awesome. Except the staff at pickup was like a Robot. Felt he didnt want to serve us. At least thats how we felt
