Disappointed with easyrentcars - great work by avis

Absolutely fantastic.

The Avis staff were very friendly and nice. They also briefly explained that the car features a quiet start, which is different from regular cars.

The car was very new, a July model, and the overall process for picking up and returning it was smooth and seamless.

The procedures were relatively simple, and the staff didn't ask too many questions. They just briefly checked the insurance document before handing over the car. However, the car model was different from what was reserved. Auckland Avis seems to have quite a few Hyundai vehicles.
