Trouble free car hire with no hidden extras

The staff completed the damage assessment on the spot. The bill was not very clear, but consulting through QEEQ basically met my expectations.

Car was a fairly new with a good spec. I couldn't have expected any more. The only issue I would raise is that the Budget booking information stated that they require an International Driving Permit. Even though the UK gov website said it wasn't required by law, I got one just in case . It wasn't requested at pickup.

QEEQ communicated very well and I would use them again.

Tried to charge me for fuel but had to show them it was Full to Full. Then gave me a van instead of a car and said they didnt have anything else. Was asked to come back next day and picked up a better car. Hassle but worth it in the end

Pick up point was very difficult to find, several other customers for Budget just standing around waiting in random spots - bus didn’t have a Budget logo on it. Office didn’t respond to phone calls after landing to help us find the bus stop. Once on the bus (after 65 minutes) the process was as easy as with other car rental firms
