When I arrived at the rental company, I was told that they only have Wranglers and no other Jeep models. I specifically chose the more expensive Grand Cherokee or similar model to have more space for my stuff. If I had known this, why would the website list more expensive Jeep models? I could have just chosen a Wrangler directly. So when I got the Wrangler, I couldn't fit everything, which was very inconvenient.

“Second day I could not start the car. I called them back and they said sorry we are under staffed.”

0 customer service. I needed help to start the car at remote area they did not help me. I’m very disappointed with the service.
