Not enough staff to serve the guest. I wait more than half hour to get my car even though that day is not a busy day. no long line up. Also the condition is change if you are BC resident. (mileage limitation : 300km)

The rental company took over an hour just to issue the car. I was very happy with the car and the price but the length to wait was horrible as I just came off a 10 hour flight woth 2 kids and then had to wait an hour just to pick up the car
