Excellent Customer Service

Had a great experience with Routes car rental. Car exceeded my expectations and was clean and new. Pick up was a little slow but to be fair a shuttle full of customers arrived at the same time. Agent did not try to pressure or "scam" me into buying any extra insurance, toll pass or gas. Car return was super easy and fast. Shuttle to and from Routes was also fast and efficient. I would use this car rental co. again and would recommend it to anyone.

Distance to rental location is far and shuttle not frequent enough. We bought a Lyft ride to get there $22.00 and almost needed to Lyft again back to airport but the shuttle arrived just then.

Good way to find a rental car online - good price, good choice of cars and local renters.

Waited a LONG time to get the car. Apparently the employees were on break in the back room and couldn't be bothered by the long line at the desk.

Like: Was very easy and smooth transaction.
Dislike: That i couldn't stay in it longer.
