Excellent

I waited an excessive amount of time to get my car. Over an hour and a half. The staffing was very poor. When lunch time came the counter help went from 8 people to three. They should have had replacementS. The rest of the experience was fine but I will have to really consider whether Irent from Advantage again.

Like: The price, the location, the serbice.
Dislike: Not too peppy and had scratches and dents but we had marked it down but was not cleaned inside

Like: Staff were so unbelievably friendly and so helpful. We had come from the UK and they were so nice to us. The hire car was spot on, made our Maui family trip a memory we will never forget. Thank you so much. Mahalo Megan!!
