Waited for a long time in line. We had booked for a Hybrid but were told that they do not carry any hybrids but were extremely rude about it. The counter staff was very very rude as if she had some personal grouse and was taking it out on the customers.

booking was easy.

They didnt have any full size sedan, so they upgraded us to a SUV. Which was 4yrs old with 55k miles beat up with scratches and no speed. Made loud noises. Couldnt find anything nearby to exchange the car

Please give full size sedan as promised hold advantage accountable

They overbooked, and ran out of cars . There was an hour long line to be told there were no cars, and to take the shuttle back to the airport with no further advice from Advantage.

The car has multiple drapes and scratches on exterior. Car interior smelled like a smoker owned the car. Right front tire began losing air first day after renting

Like: Got upgraded to a better car as they didn't have the one I booked back in yet.
Dislike: They like to hard sell, even after telling them that I had insurance & liability coverage through my travel insurance they kept trying to sell it and a bunch of other add-ons that weren't needed, got the impression that the clerk was upset with me when I didn't take any of the add ons.
