Satisfied, the car is relatively new with only 28,000 kilometers on it. The condition of the car is good, and it's easy to drive.

Returned the car in Zurich, the staff checked and said everything was fine. Yet, after returning home, the bill claimed the fuel tank wasn’t full. Scam company, Europeans don't seem very credible in this case.

The staff is quite patient.

The counter staff refused to proceed with my order when picking up the car. After driving out of the lot, the personnel discovered the paperwork was under someone else's name, not mine. I waited over half an hour for them to redo the paperwork. If not for the diligence of the car lot staff, I would have given a zero rating. Additionally, my credit card was charged twice, each time $200. This is despite having paid the rental fee in advance while in my home country.

The process is simple, the service is good, I would choose it again.

The store staff handled the process with little enthusiasm and tried to charge for a vehicle upgrade by directly adding insurance and highway usage fees to the bill. Although we reviewed it carefully and canceled everything, it still left a bad impression. A deposit of $2000 was required, while at Avis in Los Angeles, it was only $200. During the rental period, accidentally using the highway was my fault, and the toll was only a few dollars, but there was an additional $9.9 service fee. Fine, but it couldn't be deducted from the deposit. Instead, they provided a website for me to pay (both the toll and the service fee) myself, though the 'service' part remains unclear. The payment process on the website didn’t work, so eventually, I had to contact the Zuzuche customer service for a new link to resolve the issue.

The service is acceptable, but the price is quite high—full insurance costs €45 per day.
