If renting from an airport location, the rental offices are usually in the terminal or a short shuttle ride away. A very satisfying car rental experience. We took the night ferry from Liverpool and arrived in Belfast early in the morning. The earliest pickup time available was 9 AM, but it was raining that day, and we got there at 8 AM, expecting to wait in the rain for an hour. However, a staff member showed up at 8 AM and helped us complete the car pickup procedures ahead of schedule. The car was brand new as well. Excellent service!
