Consistent with the motto “We’ll Pick You Up”, free pick-up and drop-off services are available with Enterprise at non-airport locations during business hours. If renting from an airport location, the rental offices are usually in the terminal or a short shuttle ride away. Upon arrival at the rental location, a friendly rental representative will complete your paperwork and you are able to hit the road in no time.

The staff was great and efficient. He informed me that the car I booked was not available and offered a free upgrade to a Nissan Qashqai. He also asked if I preferred a manual or automatic transmission and eventually brought over a Grandland. The car was spacious, brand new, and extremely comfortable to drive. The staff only inquired once about buying insurance in-store and did not push after I declined. He explained the claim process very clearly. Overall, I had an excellent experience.

Both pick-up and drop-off were very smooth. I purchased QEEQ's full insurance, and the staff did not try to upsell any additional coverage. During pick-up, the staff helped with luggage handling and thoroughly explained how to use the car. The in-car navigation was set to my preferred language, making it very convenient to use.
