The front desk assigned me an unclean car twice, and the second car they gave me had a dragging chassis and noise issues. I decided not to go back to the front desk and got a clean car reassigned at the pickup lot. However, there ended up being an additional $35 charge, and I have no idea why. The front desk staff avoided answering specific questions, only saying she's been working for 10 years and asking me to trust her. Even calling Avis customer service didn't resolve anything after a lengthy inquiry.

Everything was ok but the car's inside windows were dirty making a constant halo with the sun or at night. The trunk still had an old newspaper and water bottles from a previous custommer.

The mid size car we booked was not available, so we were upgraded to a Cadillac. The car was a treat to ride in - so much, we will consider buying one next time we need to purchace a vehicle. Very pleasant staff at the counter. Also, very pleasant vehicle return associate.

I always use Alamo when possible. They are Great. Unfortunatly this time the person outside was unhelpful and the car had not been cleaned inside but the vehicle was very good, so was the gentleman at the security gate.

Excellent! Normally they start tryin to increase the insurance policy during the pick-up. Not this time! They also allow me to pick my preferred car among the available in my category.

Like: I was first on line at the counter and had a fast transaction with no attempt to sell me insurance or upgrade or anything. That was refreshing! In the lot, The car type I reserved was out. I was standing in the parking lot not knowing what to do when an attendant asked if I needed help. I explained I needed a hatchback and the Kia Soul was gone leaving only sedans. He instantly apologized and told me to choose any upgrade. I got a brand new Chrysler Pacifica with no upcharge. Great service. I shall return..
