Solo que el personal de dollar que me atendió no entendía que ya los impuestos estaban pagos al momento de recoger el vehículo. Eso debe de mejorar Por lo demás todo muy bien

I went to pick up the car two hours early and asked if they could adjust my booking time. They said they didn't have the car I reserved and made me wait for two hours. Eventually, they gave me a Mirage G4 instead of the Nissan Versa I had booked, claiming it's the same class, but I thought it was worse. However, the car was very new. The return service was excellent; I was a bit late, but after I explained, they backdated the return time and didn't charge any extra fees. I initially planned to return the car at a different location, but with QEEQ's help, I changed it to the original location. They also refunded the one-way fee, and QEEQ's service was great.

The car wasn’t very clean and stinks of cigarettes so bad. This is my second rental in less than a month that the car stinks of cigarettes. Unacceptable.

The windscreen had a crack in it..it had dents in it..I waiting over a hour it wasn’t the vehicle I asked for..The guy at the desk was very friendly thought and I’ve been over charged 43 pounds

When picking up the car, the staff noticed I was nervous and brought me to the pick-up location. They also taught me the basic operations of the car. I am very grateful to this staff member for their patience. Due to language barriers, I took up a lot of their time. I am very thankful, so I chose to continue renting from this company for the second month, although I did not meet that kind person again. I want to express my gratitude here.

The whole process was awesome. I was very confused on the quality of the vehicle as there was a back up camera but no automatic locking doors or windows. This is a safety concern as we had to constantly manual unlock and lock everydoor, and if we forgot one door that could have been a safety concern or a potential theft. It was confusing as it seemed above standard for the rear view camera but below standards on manual windows and locks. Everything else was exceptional!!

Well, I knew what I was renting. The ford Mustang is a 4 passenger 2 door car with not much leg room for the back seats. The trunk is medium sized. I have rented this car before, so there weren't any surprises aside from tha fact that I forget how COMFORTABLE it is for long rides. Staff at the counter was great. Waiting time was very brief. I loved the Alamo experience. I used to be on "budget", if you know what I mean, but it was a pleasant change.

Excellent service. After collecting my car there was an issue with the cat, they change the car and upgraded me for my trouble. The gentlemen at the desk were super friendly, the staff at the drop Off were happy, accommodating. After such and excellent experience I will be booking with Hertz again.

Ace was a shuttle ride away. Pleasant CS but promoted w/in JAX airport but was not, we had to pick up car & drive 3 more hours to our destination. It was an exhausting day of traveling. Also mislead by $45 pre-paid fuel. Don’t recommend buying like we did. Not pro-rated. Not explained well at pickup. Cost exceeded booking $. Never had this happen b4 with Ace.

Car was in lousy shape. Dash finish was cracked/chipped. Was promised a Jeep or similar and what I got was a roller skate. Backseat was so cramped my handicapped mother couldn't get in and out.

Ace Rental runs a poor operation that left all Ace customers waiting by the curb wondering where the shuttle was after more than a half hour. The car was provided in a poor condition. Tire pressure was off in one tire, washer fluid indicator reported no washer fluid present, and car made concerning noises at high speeds. There was also no spare tire in the trunk in case of flats.

Don’t believe the star ratings!!!! Can someone please help me understand how I can give 1 star on 6/6 questions (cos I couldn’t give lower) but my “Overall Rating” averaged out to 2??? This service is so pitiful they have to rig the rating system??
