“Unorganized processing of car pick-up along with car in poor condition made experience terrible!”

Had tire that was leaking air and had to immediately turn around and fill up after picking up car, plus had to fill up every day. Key fob was not working correctly and was in fear of key not working and thus being stranded entire trip. Car was dirty, inside and out and had dents and scratches all over it.
