Tried to rip me off

Me cargaron un servicio que no solicité y el servicio al cliente de Easirent no ha respondido correctamente.

Getting shuttle to and from airport was guick. Staff very courteous and friendly. I had no problems. The car was clean and very nice. I would definetly recommend and use again on my next trip.

Customer service was awful and very unfriendly acted very put out. We were also charged 13 dollars a day more because I didn’t have the same credit card with me that was on file and what I had pre payed for. will never rent from y’all again.

They are the worst hire company that I have ever used, you should consider taking them off your site. Their shuttle bus took 1.5 hours to pick me up. When I picked up the car they told me that I either had to leave a deposit of $1800 on my card which I would not receive back until around 4 weeks after I dropped the car back off. The alternative was to pay them $390.00 to waiver this, this is the option I took. That fee was more than the rental fee it’s self. Absolute rip off.

Your platform is excellent and I will continue to use it in the future.

We gave up after waiting an hour for a shuttle bus and because after several attempts to reach you, no one answered your phone. We never got the car! This terrible service is totally unacceptable.
