As always a great service, Allison was great accommodating my family in a good vehicle. Joe always with a big smile and ready to help us and to get us going fast.

The car I was given was not road worthy. The plates were a year out of date and therefore result in a $35 on the spot fine each time the police are in view. The most appalling customer service I have ever experienced. I was in a hot room for 2 hours (after my transfer from the airport failed to show for an hour) and to top it off the rental company charged me knowingly and without my consent $140 for insurance that I already had which actually made my insurance null and void. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Extremely difficult to get ahold of anybody when calling phone number(either no answer or went dead after many rings).Shuttle pickup at airport took forever.

Joe in the office was really great, friendly and helpful. Watch out for add on to cost of car. Frustrating to find out you have pay for so many add ons

Car was a disaster. Dirty, smelly, scrapped up, Poor maintenance, 2 tires needed 5-10lbs air each day. Counter staff unorganized, car turn around took almost 1 hr, and waited at airport for 1 hr to be picked up. Seats and interior so dirty we cleaned in ourselves and purchased blankets to sit on. Tank was near zero.
