AVOID THIS NIGHTMARE

I would absolutely not recommend them. They charged me charges they didn’t say I would it was way more expensive than list price they basically con you into upsells. The agreement they sent on pickup versus drop off numbers didn’t match and I got texts with typos aka fraudulent threatening to report the car missing and charge me more as well AFTER dropping the car off by the same text number the details had come from.

They have try to charge me the location but it was already pay. It took me about 30 minutes to explained that to them. They also try to give me a caravan instead of a SUV. They make me pay 34$ for full tank of full but it cost a maximum of 27$.

Like: It was a pleasant experience and would rent with them again. Also convenient location.
Dislike: Nothing really.

Like: Drop off was quick and easy
Dislike: Pickup location at airport not clear and not with the other rental cars

Like: Osmond very helpful, low key. No arm twisting. Car was fine except for cleanliness already mentioned. Price was good, I thought. Will use for my next airport rental.
Dislike: Car needed to be cleaned when I picked it up.
