Excellent service by Sabrina was very pleasant and helpful

Real easy to use.

No hard selling at the counter, which was nice. We originally booked to pick up in Marseille and return in Lyon, but our plans changed and we asked to return the car in Marseille instead—no extra fees at all. The car was in great condition and had CarPlay. Just remember to bring your own cable, and note that the CarPlay port is a regular USB-A if you want it to work. Overall, driving in France felt really relaxing; outside the big cities, it’s actually very suitable for road trips.

The service was great, they only promoted necessary add-ons and communicated efficiently without wasting time. The car return process was smooth with a simple inspection, no unnecessary nitpicking, very straightforward.

Both car pickup and return went smoothly, with no deductions so far. The deposit was refunded to my credit card within a few days. Very satisfied. During pickup, the salesperson will try to sell you insurance, but if you show them the printed QEEQ insurance notice, they won't insist.

The car from Marseille had brake pad issues. QEEQ coordinated and replaced it with a new car (picture 2), a 1,000-kilometer new model. However, the entire process took 24 hours, which affected our itinerary.

The amount due at the store differed from the amount stated in the order (this was not due to any forced upselling of insurance). After negotiation and a phone call, it was corrected to the order amount. Not bad.

The pickup and drop-off process was very convenient and quick, and the car was very new.
