CAR RENTAL REVIEWS ON ACE RENTAL CARS IN CHRISTCHURCH

The service was excellent and very fast. I received the deposit refund within two hours after returning the car.

Really happy with the whole experience. The pickup and return location is about a 5‑minute drive from the airport, and they run a shuttle both ways. The guy at the counter was super friendly and explained everything really clearly. I’d already bought full insurance from the rental company in advance, so both pickup and drop‑off were really smooth—just handed back the keys and I was done. The car was in great condition, we drove all around the South Island with zero issues, and ACE’s prices are on the cheaper side too.

Super happy with the whole experience—pickup and drop-off were really smooth, and the branch is only about five minutes from the airport with a shuttle both ways.

The car was new, and the pickup and return process was efficient.

Good car and service was great.

Very satisfied, affordable price, excellent car condition, a car with 10,000km mileage. Delayed the return by half an hour in the end without being charged for an extra day.

The staff at the store were very friendly, and the car provided was very new and comfortable to ride in.

This store’s quality control really took me by surprise!

Matched the car I booked and it had just been serviced, so everything felt fresh and reliable.

The vehicle provided was very new, and the pickup and drop-off processes were quick.

The service was pretty good, although the insurance fees were a bit high. The car was in great condition, and the deposit refund was processed quickly. Overall, I'd recommend it, but as a first-timer, it was a bit challenging to find.

Pretty good, returning the car was very convenient!

Overall, it was fine. Although we didn’t get the car we originally booked, the rental process was more convenient than in Europe.
