The service was proactive and the attitude was great. Picking up and returning the car was convenient, but I was charged AUD 89 for being late by an hour and a half due to traffic congestion, which was more expensive than the rental fee.
Friendly and efficient! It was raining when we returned the car, and while we were waiting for a taxi, a lady brought us an umbrella. It was very thoughtful and heartwarming!
