Pickup was efficient, but make sure to thoroughly photograph any scratches on the vehicle during pickup. When I returned the car, they checked the scratches carefully to ensure everything matched.

Picking up the car was very convenient, and there was no queue except for me. The rental company recommended an insurance plan based on my driving route, not the most expensive one, but said it was sufficient. Very nice!

I landed really late, around 1–2 a.m., and the staff still waited there for me.

Super easy pick-up and return, no hassle at all. The car was fairly new with just over 30,000 km on it, so overall the experience was really good.

No hard sell, no sneaky extra charges from the rental company, so it’s a solid five-star experience overall. Just a couple of things to keep in mind: 1) They switched us to a diesel model, which pushed our fuel costs up a bit; 2) When we returned the car, they mentioned a possible cleaning fee. We’d already tidied up the interior, but the dust in the trunk from dragging suitcases is pretty much unavoidable. I insisted on waiting for them to confirm the actual amount, and in the end they didn’t charge us anything. This part really depends on personal expectations — next time I’ll contact them in advance to confirm the car model and maybe bring some basic cleaning supplies so we can leave the car spotless. With five people and more than five suitcases, you really do need a 9-seater!

The staff member's attitude was excellent. Although there were some minor communication difficulties, he was patient and tried his best to express himself. Since we upgraded to full insurance at the counter, the return process was extremely smooth. After the two staff members carefully inspected the car, the deposit was unfrozen on the same day. By the second day, the deposit had been successfully returned to my card. The car we received on-site was a Toyota Corolla Cross 1.8L, and it was almost brand new.

This is a local car rental company with a very good attitude. When returning the car, I directly contacted the staff, and the deposit was refunded in less than 48 hours.

I chose Schiller for the first time, likely because Hungary is close to Bosnia, ensuring smooth entry into Bosnia. The airport pickup counter staff was professional, refused to use any translation tool (which isn’t allowed), and explained everything clearly and thoroughly. The parking team for car returns was also skilled, polite, and even helped retrieve a forgotten portable speaker left in the car.

Great location, and it was easy to pay a bit extra to switch to another model. The guy at the front desk was super friendly and really patient.
