I have to say...one of the best experiences with a rental company....The agent that assisted in my rental was exemplary. He was informative, courteous and added to my overall vacation satisfaction...thanks so much. Will definitely recommend this company to others and will use again in my future visits.

All planning for rental say easy rental cars but last sentence in communication said Routes

service was awesome, shuttle service was quick, and pick up was fast!

We waited for over an hour to be picked up at the airport. I called several times, but the call wasn't answered each time. As you can imagine, this was a bit distressing on arriving in a foreign country. The car itself was fine, apart from one of the tires was inflated to only 21psi, the others were 46psi. I didn't notice this until we started driving so I had to inflate this twice during the car hire. The brakes on the car were quite poor as well. Routes attempted to sell us a car toll sticker for $12 a day, saying that there were many toll roads in Orlando. We didn't have to pay a single toll, despite driving every day of our holidays.

My only complaint is that we had an early flight. The location was supposed to open at 6:00 am and the shuttle to the airport was supposed to leave at 6:05. They did not even open their gate/door until 6:10. It may not seem like a lot of time, but when you are trying to make a flight, it could potentially make you miss your flight.
