Easy rental, good value

I was allowed to book my reservation and even pay prior...how ever upon pick up is when I met with complications . where as I could not pay some deposit with my card...your company has allowed a person's to use debit cards but in limited capacity....

Terrible customer service, Never had such experience with renting car. Definitely will never rent with pay less. Will never recommend to anyone. Terrible, terrible, terrible experience. They just need money and doesn’t care about customers. I reserved my car weeks before my travel and they simply said we don’t have the car size you reserved and gave some small vehicle which was terrible for 7ppl to travel. Charged me the same price for a larger vehicle even though i got a smaller vehicle. Just stay away from Payless. I would rate them negative if i could.

Easy to book. Excellent customer service. Price tracking and rebooking is the best option you can never get from any other booking websites.

We reserved a SUV midsize. When we arrived in Baltimore we were told they did not have one. I booked about a month in advance for a 1 week trip. The worst part was that water leaked on my foot/leg n the passenger side. I have lymphoma/lymphedema and have to keep my left leg wrapped. Impossible to do due to water leakage. :-( so my leg swelled.

We reserved a full size car and when we went to pick it up, the car that we were told when booking, we were told that the cars had been reclassified and it was now in the next size up so we were given a smaller car. We almost didn’t get all of our luggage in the trunk.
