At Los Angeles Airport, you need to take the Alamo shuttle bus, which takes about ten minutes. The process went smoothly, although immigration took a bit longer. The car rental procedure was easy and you could choose from cars in the same category. Luckily, after some deliberation, we chose a GMC SUV instead of the originally booked Grand Cherokee. Returning the car in Salt Lake City was super convenient. Follow the Rental Car Return signs at the airport, park the car, and an employee will scan the vehicle with a handheld device, and that's it!

Good experience. After returning to Los Angeles from Dallas, I smoothly picked up the car and drove it back to my friend's house.

Just drove a Camry for 600 miles, the car was in great condition, and both pickup and return were very convenient.

At the beginning of the rental process, they asked us to pay an additional insurance fee, but after negotiation, they agreed not to charge any extra fees. Everything else was very satisfactory and convenient, allowing us to choose our preferred or satisfactory model from similar vehicles.
