Great experience

Organised a fully insured car or thought so only to have 2 sales reps inform me otherwise and had to buy more insurance afer 1st sales person couldnt get me to buy more a second rep cam and took over by the end of it i just bought some to get out of the shop before i walked out without a car and spoiled my vacation orher wise great service.

All good but could probably give tips on what you need state to state legally do we dont get forced to buy types of insurance not legally required as was stated to myself by the fox reps

I have all insurance I need but when I pick up the car the staff told me a must buy more Which was not Right

I was disappointed with Fox Rent a Car. Booked a full size car (Toyota Camry) but got a regular size sedan which gave problems. Had a flat tire. No spare tire in the car. Wasted an entire day getting it fixed.

FOX RENT A CAR - at counter experience was poor. The person didn't fully explain the fuel fill-up with them properly but instead decided to charge for the entire tank when we only used 1/2 the tank.

the FOX counter staff really tried to overcharge me. First, he did it by selling us gas plan. Then insurance. Then he simply charged on my credit card an amount that was more than what I was supposed to pay. I had to show him my confirmation to say that I only needed to pay $132US. I was charged a deposit of $150US (which is OK because it is a deposit). This was supposed to be refunded to me after return. I just checked my credit card statement. I only got a refund of $18CAD. I now need to contact FOX and Easy Rent Cars to get refund of full amount of $150US. All this is quite annoying.
