Europcar customer service agent is great and helpful even when we need to do an extra day extension request

Qeeq is perfect & seamless and it it a great platform to look for multiple available car rentals in the area & date

It's been a week since the car was returned, and the deposit hasn't been refunded yet. Other than that, no issues.

We did not receive the car that we booked for which was the subaru forester. Instead we got a kia sportage which we could have easily booked for lesser price. Other than that, everything went without a hitch

The system automatically gives Europcar 10/10 based on the answers I gave to the questions about Europcar. However I would like to say that for overall rating, I think Europcar deserves a 7.5 out of 10 and that was because they upgraded me from an intermediate (I had booked a Toyota Corolla) to a SUV, a Holden Equinox, and charged me for the upgrade. When I asked the staff on duty, they said they did not charge for the upgrade. However when I received the invoice the extra that I paid was listed as upgrade of car. I feel that this is not very ethical of Europcar. They should give me the same class of car that I booked or if they are unable to, to give me an upgrade with no extra charge. I have no complain regarding the car itself. My issue is the ethics of Europcar rental policy.

Like: I like the car’s condition, and how it was so easy to find the location of the car service
Dislike: Finding the drop off location was a bit of a hassle. We ended up dropping the car at another Eurpcar’s location, however within the same area
